Kalahari Meerkats

Not far from camp there was an habituated colony of meerkats, that is they had become unafraid of humans and were content to carry on as if we weren't there !! They are busy little creatures with an intense colony-wide discipline ........but somehow I wasn't really comfortable seeing how their natural existence had been manipulated for the convenience of curious humans.
